Las Vegas is an epic town of epic adventures, but SpeedVegas is a adrenaline rush from start to finish. Most people go to Vegas to drink, gamble, and party. You could say that I’m no different, and I would have to say you are right, but there is so much more to one of my favorite cities on the planet.
I love unique experiences, luxury, and thrill rides. SpeedVegas is the best of all three. My husband recently had his bachelor party at SpeedVegas, and all the guys still talk about how much they loved it (and want to go back).
SpeedVegas is different from other driving experiences because it has its own customized track designed by pros, its the longest experience in town, and the track has a 40% longer straightaway to help you achieve those high speeds. It’s also located about 10 minutes from the strip.
The road track is a little over a mile and a half long with 12 turns, banks, and a half mile straightaway to build up some heartstopping speed. You can even book a drift experience if thats your thing. Drivers don’t actually need to know how to drive a manual since every car has an automatic mode available. It’s not a traditional clutch shift, but the paddleshifting technology which makes it easy for everyone. Don’t worry, your coach will help you do everything!!
SpeedVegas picked the crew up from our hotel on the strip (free service to everyone) and brought them out in style. The shuttle driver was funny and personable and had the guys excited for their upcoming adventure.
Upon arrival to the sparkling showroom and lounge, on every screen was “Congratulations Patrick and Laney!” It made a huge impact on everyone and was incredibly thoughtful. Everyone completes a brief check-in, then hangs out in the upscale lounge for the rides to begin. The lounge has drinks and lite bites for relaxing while they get your rides ready. There are tons of exotic supercars to pick from like Ferraris, Lambos, Porsches, Mclarens, Audis, BMWs, Nissan GT-Rs, Shelby Mustang GTs and more! The whole thing takes about 2 hours, but if you have a big group or are driving more than 2 cars, I would suggest that you allow for more time.
My boys got the “Italian Face-Off” which is five laps in a Lamborghini Huracan ($200,000 car) and five laps in a Ferrari 458 ($250,000) plus cool down laps. Once your group is called, everyone completes a safety briefing, then heads out to SpeedVegas’s custom mile and a half road track with their personal driving coach. Tony was the personal coach for my husband, and he was awesome. The personal driving coach is there to help you get the most out of your high performance machine. There is video and analytics in every car so everyone can compete against each other for time and speed. The boys got up to just under 150 miles an hour. They even came home with a plaque and in car video commemorating the occasion.https://martinisandmiles.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/04/2188846A-8B1A-425A-8798-5F03E4EBA69B.mov

Everyone took their laps with the driving coach, and cheered each other on. Every single one of them told me it was the coolest thing they have ever done. If you are looking for an amazing gift, or want to do some extreme driving yourself, you need to check this place out. After the adrenaline rush is over, hop a ride back to your hotel totally free! If actually driving isn’t your jam, they have a great spectator lounge where you can just watch, relax, and enjoy!
Pro Tip: I encourage everyone to check this place out but make sure you don’t party too much the night before! As are most things in life, this is slightly less fun with an epic Vegas hangover. ?
